The candidate will handle the following responsibilities in this role, building and maintaining strong relationships with managers and staff, ensuring that HR is a valued business partner and is well respected within the organisation. Taking joint responsibility for the delivery of the business plan by proving the management team with accurate management information, keeping them informed of all HR issues and proactively anticipating human capital requirements. Ensuring managers are supported in performance managing their staff as well as ensuring that training and development activities are carried out in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate will need to represent the organisation when dealing with both internal and external candidates and agencies during recruitment and selection to ensure that the recruitment process is a positive and professional experience for all candidates and managers.
