Our client, a leading banking group in Egypt, is seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Liability Products to be based in Cairo. With a directive to assist the Division Head in setting business strategies that maximize bank profits through developing retail products and services, and ensuring the ongoing improvement of existing products and services. Other responsibilities will include setting of tactical plans; forecasting, monitoring and reporting on revenues according to performance measures; as well as gaining information on competitors’ activities. You will also approve studies/new ideas conducted and reviewed by the team leader to improve existing products/services and to pave the way for the correct launching of new products and monitor product sales, customer feedback/ complaints and the recommendations given by the team leader. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in commerce, business administration or accounting, with at least 10 years banking experience. You will have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic and be outgoing, sociable, friendly and highly customer oriented.
