With a directive to help grow the business in a dynamic and profitable market segment, you will take ownership of the definition, creation and implementation of a training strategy and a talent development programme with a global remit. Other responsibilities will include ensuring business leaders are able to identify and develop “bench strength” over a period of vital business growth, as well as designing/facilitating an induction/orientation program for new employees. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable work experience in HR, Training and Development or a related discipline and proven experience in successful training and development projects within an international environment. You will be a first class facilitator, experienced in delivering programmes and presentations to a senior audience. With strong communication and planning skills, you will be self-motivated and flexible. You will have excellent English language skills and able to work in a collaborative working style.
