Selected Applicant must have a Diploma either in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. He should have experience in Plant Maintenance and Manufacturing for almost 2 years. Ideal Candidate should have more exposure in TPM, Six Sigma. Lean Manufacturing, World class manufacturing. Ideal candidate has to provide administrative support on WCM activities, arrange for meetings, audits etc.He has to track WCM progress on behalf of WCM facilitator. He needs to assist and participate in WCM internal auditing. He has to work with WCM Pillar leaders to advance WCM progress with regard to the agreed plan. He will report to and support WCM Facilitator of Plant. Ideally age of the candidate should be 25-28 years.
