TERRITORY OPERATIONS MANAGER - ASSESSMENT CENTRE. USD Circa 5,800 Per Month - DUBAI. Our client works in a niche area of the market delivering testing and assessment solutions across various industries in the GCC. They are now seeking a Territory Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction ensuring maximum performance of the test centres. Responsibilities include handling policy and procedural compliance, performance management and establishment of test centres, budgetary development and control, contractual matters and service legal agreement adherence, partner relationship management, test centre audits and all other daily operational requirements including employee relations and staff training. You will have at least three years experience working at management level in an operational environment and excellent knowledge and experience developing new products and services. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are required. You must be able to demonstrate skills in client relationships, project and time management, and business analysis. Travel to KSA is a requirement, and therefore a male candidate is preferred.
