GROUP SALES DIRECTOR - AED 60,000 - AED 75,000 Per Month. UAE. Our client is a leading consultancy company in the construction and engineering sector. They are looking for an experienced sales professional at a senior level to lead the sales function. The main duties will include planning and implementing new business activities in order to meet company targets for retention, growth, profitability and commercial activities in the respective area. Also, you will be required to plan and prepare the business’ strategic plans, identifying potential markets and customers in different regions and develop and monitor effective correction plans and actions according to the customer satisfaction survey. You will also be responsible for manpower planning, training and personal development of the team. You must have experience within the GCC region. You will have exceptional leadership skills and a client focused attitude. Please note that this is a regional role, so some travel will be required.
