Reporting to the Sales Director, the main mission of the role is to implement and develop a used car infrastructure for the company in all markets, increase annual stock turnover and improve residual values. You will analyse and support dealers, develop defined sales targets and report structures with the networks, as well as implement training plans. The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 3 years detailed experience and understanding of used car business, dealerships and sales channels in and outside the region.
