Our client is a leading reward solutions provider to loyalty program sponsors worldwide and due to expansion of their business, we are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager. You will be the single point of contact for managing the satisfactory delivery of the loyalty solutions to customers and their loyalty program members. You will establish and build relationships with all key client stakeholders and drive the definition and execution of the client’s reward strategy. On a day-to-day basis, you will coordinate shop initiatives, complete reports / invoicing and resolve any issues. We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be part of a fast-paced company with at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
