The candidate must have 7 to 8 years of relevant experience out of which three years must be in the retail industry at a managerial level. The candidate must be a Masters in Marketing & possess high qualitative, quantitative, technical and observational techniques. The candidate must be a leader with a proven track record of high caliber performance. He/She must have experience in formulating marketing strategies/plans, estimating demand in the market for various products, research & study of the market, advertising and promotion, training etc. Knowledge of GWPs, designs, Event Management, Budget management & media activities is mandatory.
