Our client, a large Oil and Gas company based in Sharjah are currently looking to recruit an HSE Supervisor to be based in the Sajaa Gas Plant. You will be responsible for assisting the HSE Manager in the development and application of the HSE Management System at each level within the company, provide an efficient integrated auditing system, aimed at ensuring adherence to the company policy, as well as to continuously identify possible system and performance improvements, arrange the assessment of the current status of the system for the updating and review of the integrated policy and HSE strategic objectives and targets, as well as for the development and application of plans, procedures and working instructions, monitor and update the level of applications of the SajGas HSE Management system, ensure compliance with the applicable laws, the reference standards and the integrated system effectiveness, develop the emergency response plan and monitor implementation, organizes and administers program of fire and safety training for all personnel, assist HSE Manager in preparing annual HSE Objectives and action plans before the start of the year, also conduct quarterly review sessions with HODs to monitor the progress of action plans and lastly supervise firemen and fire truck drivers. http://www.clarendonparker.com/candidate/rec_job_details.rss.asp?p_job_sys_id=22526
