Khidmah requires a Service Supervisor for a multi use facilities; residential, marina and hotel, to compliment its growing services & staff. Only candidates with the following abilities & competences should apply• A Proven track record of customer focused services & engineeringmanagement experience• The ability to develop and implement the best practice / buildingoperation plans for assigned assets• Experience in preparing operating budgets along with financial analysis• Experience in leading a team; staffing plans and work allocation• Comprehensive understanding and interest in best practice OHSE.The candidate must have Engineering or Facilities Management related qualification.
